Durable Event Storage

Automatic Retries
Exponential backoff schedule: 30s → 5m → 30m → 2h → 8h → 24h. Up to 10 attempts before moving to the DLQ.
Rate Limiting
Per-endpoint sliding-window rate limits. Excess requests are requeued — never dropped. Configurable per publisher.
Circuit Breaker

Dead Letter Queue
